- As if we were watching an early ethnographic film shot on a distant colony, this film takes us to realms of idyllic nature and disheartening poverty of a small Roma community in the Szilágyság in Romania. The traveler visits distant continents and when he returns home, he presents his motion pictures of the 'savages' to high society in an eloquent movie theatre. The actual shooting was done on one single day. But it took five years to get to know each other before that day.
