Summary
In Chile ‘Funa’ means in the public denunciation of the murderers and those who committed atrocities during the Pinochet regime. After Pinochet's arrest in London the "Funa Commissions" was established, an organization that has been in charge of revealing the criminals who violated human rights in Chile. This documentary presents the ‘Funa’ against Edwyn Dimter Bianchi, known as “The Prince”, accused of the murder of the Chilean singer Victor Jara, the most popular singer-songwriter of the 70’s. Murdered 4 days after the Pinochet coup, Victor Jara was one of the first victims of the regime. “The Funa of Victor Jara” documents endless meetings, receipts of proof, identification of the criminal, organizing the unmasking action and the day of the actual Funa.
