- This film is a case study portraying the everyday struggles of a patient with dementia, her family and career. It follows Dr. Koichi Ishimoto and his wife Yayoi. Yayoi suffers from a form of dementia called Dementia with Lewy Bodies. Little is understood about this disease today and Dr. Koichi Ishimoto and his wife Yayoi attempt to live their life to the best of modern medicine's and their own understandings.
