- "France has no vocation to welcome all the misery of the world" - Prime Minister Michel Rocard’s words are often used to justify a strict immigration policy and nationalist withdrawal. But his sentence continues "but we must loyally take our share." The filmmaker meets a catholic militant, an anarchist and a left wing atheist with whom they share the same goal: help out strangers in illegal situations.
