Contents/Summary

Summary
During the first World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance held in Durban, South Africa, in September 2001, many racist excesses were detected. To remedy these abuses, the United Nations reestablished its Council of Human Rights in 2006. This film goes behind the scenes of this new Council, which has always been meant to implement the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The documentary argues that the Council hosts a direct confrontation where dictatorship and authoritarian states give lessons to the few democracies present in the Assembly.
