Contents/Summary

Summary
Two places, both on the edges of the earth, make the international headlines due to the threatening rising sea levels. Thule in Greenland and Tuvalu in the Pacific are intimately related, whilst the ice in Thule is retreating ever further and turning into seawater, in Tuvalu, the sea level is perpetually rising. For most of us, global warming exists only in the media, but the entire existence of the peoples of Thule and Tuvalu have entirely changed. 'Thule Tuvalu' paints a touching portrait of people at two distant corners of the world, sharing an unknowable and life-changing fate.
