The migrations in the planet are a universal fact con-substantial with the human being from its very beginning, in the adventure of the search of a better future. While goods and capitals cross the borders freely, the ones that escape from horror, famine and wars, remain caught in the wire fences. And if broken, made shreds, they manage to jump the fence, our dear economy so needed from unprotected labor, welcomes their skillful arms and embraces them with wages of famine.
