Contents/Summary

Summary
"Mass Moving" is an artistic movement born in Belgium and Holland in the wake of May 1968. Composed of artists and engineers, the group is defined by its ephemeral projects and actions. Its goal is to take art out of the museums and galleries, transform the city and the street into places of creation, promote ecology and the preservation of nature, while invoking a playful dimension and also the participation of spectators. Through “Mass Moving”, we see not only the story of an era, but also the beginnings of the ecological and alternative energy movements.
