- Maradék is a village south of Novi Sad, close to Belgrade. In addition to the majority of Serbian residents there is a minority of Croatians and about 500 Hungarians as well. The film is a glimpse into the life of these Hungarians as they try to preserve their ethnic and linguistic identity in Serbia.
