520    Filmed in South Kosovo in 2014, One Tree Left is a close-up of the Serbian community fifteen years after the war. A priest, an artist and a teacher are in the focus of this film. The Orthodox priest cares for less than 40 people in the middle of Pristina, the young Serbian artist feels trapped in his village and only dares to speak English if he goes to a neighboring town, and the history teacher is losing his students by the year and fears that the school will have to be closed down soon. We follow them as they prepare for Easter, a time for resurrection, but fear and isolation overwhelm their hopes for a better future.
