The documentary shows the Serbian army’s siege of Sarajevo in the spring of 1993. Between 1992 and 1995 the city of nearly 500,000 inhabitants remained inaccessible for 1,300 days. Starting from the house of the Sloboda family (meaning Freedom), a tunnel was dug under the city to the unoccupied territory. Once a narrow passage had been made, the city could be supplied with ammunition, weapons and food.
