Part of the report of the First Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee Nikita Sergeevich Khrushchev at a closed meeting of the 20th Party Congress.
The report was read on the last day of the congress, February 25, 1956, and came as a complete surprise to the delegates.
A few days later it was published abroad, and soon the American department distributed the text of the report to all countries.
Even party members did not know everything about the contents of the report. Its text was presented at closed meetings
Even after 25 years, this text has not been published in the USSR.
