The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Munich -- Robert L. Hutchings, left, Deputy Director of Radio Free Europe, meets Mr. Robert Dee, center, Chairman of the Heritage Foundation Finance committee, during a visit Mt. Dee to Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in July 1983. Looking on, right, is German public relations executive Baron Carl August von Thüna. Mr. Dee, chairman of the pharmaceutical corporation Smith, Kline and Beckman, attended a morning policy meeting at the U.S.-financed Radio, was briefed on operations, and toured the headquarters building at Munich.
