- Shpresa is a 26 years old mother of five from Kosovo. Her youngest son, Shpetim, has a serious heart problem. His only hope lies in a hospital in Milan, Italy. While his mother awaits his release from the hospital by herself, her husband who is still in Kosovo demands she return home.
