The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

ORIGINAL CAPTION:
Dr. herbert Hupka, CDU, of the Bundestag's Foreign Relations Committee and subcommittee for international broadcasting, poses a question during a regular meeting of that subcommittee on Feb. 8, 1982, held at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, in Munich. The subcommittee, which has constantly pressed for a greater free flow of information, met with RFE/RL executives and toured the Radio.
