The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

The photo shows the audience of a conference. About 30 men sit in rows of chairs, all wear suits and ties. There are a few empty chairs. The walls are covered with dark wooden panes and huge landscape paintings. A chandelier is hanging from a low ceiling. There are three lights fixed on the walls, as well as emergency exit signs. Same event as in HU OSA 300-1-8:6/9 HU OSA 300-1-8:6/47 HU OSA 300-1-8:6/48.
