Notes
The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Contents Summary
There are two buildings standing at right angle to each other, with an open area between them. In this area there is a paved road which forms a circle at one end. The middle of the circle can be a helicopter pad. At one end of one of the buildings there is a watch tower. A few cars are parked in front of the building. Around the site there are woods.
