An appeal to the governments of all countries, to the United Nations, to all honest people with a request to pay attention to the intolerable conditions of detention of political prisoners in the Soviet Union and to influence the leaders of this country in order to change these conditions and bring them into line with international standards of detention political prisoners. The authors are prisoners of the Perm political camp.
