- Summary
- Ceuta is a small Spanish enclave in northern Morocco. It is the location of one of Europe's last walled borders. After months of travel, some clandestine migrants are able to cross. They are indefinitely placed in the CETI, a temporary retention center, with no rights, where they live between the slender hope of obtaining a pass to enter Europe and the fear of being sent home.
