1. It’s been 10 years since the death of Arkady Viktorovich Belinkov.
The end of his famous Letter to the PEN Congress, written in 1969.
The reading is preceded by excerpts from the first part of the letter, mainly devoted to an assessment of the activities of the Union of Writers of the USSR and directed against the so-called liberal intelligentsia.
The second part of the letter is devoted to the differences in understanding of each other and in the pursued goals of the Soviet and Western intelligentsia. 20:51
2. Writer Viktor Nekrasov speaks in the Paris studio about writers who support the Soviet system within the union out of cowardice or a desire to curry favor.

Чтение предваряется выдержками из первой части письма, в основном посвященным оценке деятельности Союза писателей СССР и обращенным против так называемой либеральной интеллигенции.
