- The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

- In the shop of the Engineering Maintenance Section, Bernhard Peter repairs the monitor of a computer used in the Central News Room. Peter, wearing a laboratory gown, is sitting at a bench. On the left side of the photo there is a soldering rod and a stabilized power supply on top of the white office drawers, and a small oscilloscope on the shelf in the background. Munich - The Engineering Maintenance Section of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty repairs and re-installs all electronic equipment, including that in the ever-expanding area of computers. Here Bernhard Peter works on one of the computer visual display terminals from the Central News Room.
