a| The essence of ancient pilgrimage is that physical strain is accompanied by spiritual cleansing. This was the path taken by the characters in this documentary in order to be cured of their drug addiction. The two directors of the Drug-Pilgrim programme, Dr. Péter Rigó senior doctor of psychiatry and Simon Csorba arts therapist support them in this effort. In this documentary the crew followed the phases of the struggle fought by drug-addicts between existence and non-existence over one year, sometimes witnessing unexpected and shocking events.
