The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Munich -- U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs, Elliot Abrams, left is interviewed by Michael Brumas of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Central News Department. Mr. Abrams visited RFE/RL on Oct. 2-3, 1984, met with leading executives and analysts, and was interviewed for programming over the Radio's 21 different language services.
