- Notes
- The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

- Contents Summary
- A man, visible from chest above, reads from a stapled bunch of papers. He is wearing a tie and a striped suit. In front of him on the desk there is a microphone with an RFE sign and some more pieces of paper. Behind him there is a glass partitioning overlooking the technical room. Above the glass, on the wall there is clock reading 15 past 4.
