- The documentary opens with a photo from 1989; primary school children in front of their school at a village in the township of the province Hakkari, Yuksekova. 23 years after the photo was taken, there is a wedding at the village that gives a chance for the former classmates to reunite and share the stories of their lives since 1989. The documentary shows the impact of the war between the Kurdish Guerrillas and the Turkish army.
