Summary
'Four Passports' is a partly-animated documentary told from the perspective of filmmaker Mihajlo Jevtić, based on issues of migration and identity in the aftermath of former Yugoslavia's dissolution. The narrative follows four passports and one country, a farewell 25 years in the making. Combining present-day footage, his family's super-8 archives and some animation, the documentary follows Jevtić as he collects the 'token' images and memories that he will pack into his suitcase when he leaves the country.
