- The films is a reflection of successive and on going civil rights struggles, the NYC Human Rights Law remains one of the most comprehensive anti-discrimination laws in the US. In the Bronx and beyond, Glenn and his few colleagues stand on the frontline, with daily attempts to reach out to the most exposed residents in off-Broadway real-life theaters of community colleges, back-to- work and training programs, and counseling centers for the formerly incarcerated.
