The list is presented as an appendix to the 46th Chronicle; the list as of August 1977 includes 275 political prisoners.
The fund's managers are Malva Noevna Landa, Sergei Khodorovich and Ginzburg's wife Zhalkovskaya Irina Sergeevna.
One of the fund managers, a former prisoner of the Vladimir prison, astrophysicist Kranid Lyubarsky, takes part in the program.
