Summary
The film depicts the life of HIV-positive Maya natives in the conservative society of Yucatán, Mexico. There is a safehouse, which provides treatment and care for the HIV infected Mayans. The film gives voice to those who don’t have one. The occupants face many prejudices in their lives; against their heritage, their sexual orientation and the infection they are carrying.
