a| The documentary unfolds across three countries, India, Nepal and Tibet. Our capacity as yoga instructors inspired us to travel to the Indian peninsula, so as to get a deeper understanding of its techniques. We met teachers, ascetics, monks and hermits. They shared their everyday lives with us and they showed us the way towards the essence of yoga as a concept, that is to say our union with our divine nature. The continuation of this journey is the creation of “Satsang – sitting by the truth”. A film about the truth of these people, which in reality is our truth.
