- Notes
- The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

- Contents Summary
- An antenna is being lowered down in the sand, two workers are crouching inside the structure. The antenna is hooked to chains by which the crane holds it. Behind it three structures are already standing, and a few pieces are lying on the ground. In the background there is a building and two small trees. Beyond the sandy beach there is the sea.
