- Shows footage of Srebrenica and a PHR conference. Contains numerous interviews of the PHR staff in Bosnian and three in English. The first English-speaking interviewee gives an overview of PHR's work and comments on the reactions of the PHR staff and case managers to their interactions with families of Srebrenica. She also describes her personal experiences as a staff-member, explaining that she has grown tremendously and made valuable friendships while working for PHR. The second English-speaking interviewee is the psycho-social coordinator of the identification projcet. She explains that PHR hired her to ensure that they are sensitive to the emotional issues Bosnian families face. She discusses briefly the psychological obstacles case managers experience as well. The third and final English-speaking interviewee talks about the time span of the project and ensures PHR's commitment to training professionals to carry on the identification process. She also mentions that the Bob Dole commission has granted Bosnia money to build a new facility to house and examine the unidentified bodies.
