- A beautiful lake covers the drowned village of Bözödújfalu, a once diverse and thriving traditional Hungarian community in Transylvania, Romania. The village became a symbol of the Ceausescu regime’s village destruction operation which saw whole villages flooded to create water reservoirs. 25 years later, spread across different countries and social classes, former villagers meet by the lake to remember and to remind.
