Western Sahara has been a disputed territory most of which is controlled by Morocco. The indigenous people face restrictions on freedom of speech and assembly and any resistance is harshly punished. This documentary tracks several young men whose dreams of independence remain unfulfilled and for whom music has become the only means to express their desire for freedom.
