Almost a hundred million Americans don’t vote - even at presidential elections. A year before the American presidential elections of 2008 a crew of young filmmakers went on a journey all across the country to search for America’s missing voters and find out who they are and why they do not vote. How would American politics change if more young people, single women, poor white people, African-Americans and Latino’s started voting? Oprah Winfrey gradually becomes part of the story about why so many Americans do not vote. The documentary ends suggesting that since Oprah might be the best motivator that America has, she could get America's non-voters to vote in the 2008 elections.
