- A short documentary filmed in high security psychiatric hospitals for mentally ill offenders in Smolensk and Kaliningrad. It presents contemporary Russian inmates serving their sentences in the psychiatric hospital. We witness their everyday lives in a crowded cell or in the sewing workshop, during meals or while going for a walk under constant surveillance.
