The CD-ROM, published in year 2000 contains the most important documents of the history of the regime in Hungary. Included are the documents of establishing the delegations to negotiate peaceful transition from a communist dictatorship to multi-party system democracy in 1989, until the first free elections in 1990. The sources on the CD-ROM provide a comprehensive account of the meetings at the Opposition Round Table, and of the negotiations at the National Round Table.
A CD-ROM a magyarországi rendszerváltás, a jogállam alapjainak megteremtése, a tárgyalásos étmenet történetének legfontosabb dokumentumait tartalmazza 1989 elejétől az 1990-es első szabad választásokig. A CD-ROM-on közölt források teljességre törekvően tárják fel az Ellenzéki Kerekasztal ülésein történteket, továbbá a nemzeti Kerekasztal felső-, közép- és szakértői szintű tárgyalásainak eseményeit.
