- The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Munich -- Mr. Robert Dee, Chairman of the Heritage Foundation Finance Committee and chairman of the U.S. corporation Smith, Kline and Beckman, (center) raises a question on the monitoring operation of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty during a visit to the Radio in JUly 1983. Others, from left to right, are: Mr. William Leanard, Vice President of Corporate Affairs fir the U.S. firm; Mr. Robert B. Redlich, Director of Public Affairs for RFE/RL; Baron Carl August von Thüna, German public relations executive; and Mr. Frank Hodson, Director of Corporate Affairs International. The group was briefed on the Radio operation and toured the headquarters in Munich.
