Notes: The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Munich -- So what have we got on this story? Every morning this question is posed at the RFE and RL daily morning meeting bringing together the Directors of the two radios and the heads of the 21 different nationality services. Weighing the value of the more than 1.5 million words that pour every 24 hours from all the world's major news agencies, newspapers, radios and television nets, representatives of all broadcasting services, the Central News Department, Research and management thrash out problems daily. Here, from left to right, are: Andrzej Krzeczunowicz Assistant Director of Polish Service; Vladimir Georgescu, Director of the Romanian Service; James Edwards, Director of Central News; Charles Andras, Deputy Director, RFE Research; Robert L.
