The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Munich - Mr. Ben J. Wattenberg, Vice-Chairman of the Board for International Broadcasting, replying to questions at a seminar held at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty on May 19, 1987, on "The USSR Under Gorbachev: Glasnost and its Implications." The Seminar brought together the world's top authorities on Communism to debate the issue as members of a panel before an audience of specialists on the subject.
