- In the future, wars will be fought over water, but in Mexico the war has already begun. This struggle has united many pueblos in Morelos, and the results, including roadblocks and clashes with police, are depicted in this documentary. “13 People” tells the story of the struggle of Mexican indigenous people to preserve their natural resources and their cultural identity.
