The black and white prints of RFE/RL were donated to OSA by the Hoover Institute, California in year 2015. The images are duplicates of those held at Hoover. The originals, and most probably the negatives are with the donor as well. OSA only received the paper prints with captions, and digitized the entire collection in year 2018.

Munich -- Gordon W. Davis, Deputy Director of Radio Free Europe, is seen in the master control room of Radio Free Europe headquarters here shortly after his arrival from San Francisco. Mr. Davis, a career executive with Westinghouse Broadcasting Company, is on a two year leave of absence from his firm. He was Executive Assistant to the Vide President of KPIX-TV in San Francisco.
