- A documentary about Klaus Barbie, the Gestapo chief of Lyon, and his life after the war. The film weaves together forty years of footage and interviews culled from over discussions with former Nazis, American intelligence officers, South American government officials, victims of Nazi atrocities and witnesses. During the war, Klaus Barbie became known as the "Butcher of Lyon" for the cruel and ruthless terror he inflicted upon his victims, mostly French Jews.
