The collection was published by the English publishing house Overseas Publications.
The reading is preceded by a short biography of the author, excerpts from the introduction to the collection of historian Mikhail Geller.

"Procurator of Judea" - on December 5, 1947, the steamer "Kim" with human cargo entered Nagaevo Bay. Magadan greeted guests with 40-degree frosts. The dead were thrown on the shore and taken to the cemetery. Kubantsev.
"Unconverted" - an old folding stethoscope. This is a gift on the day of completion of the medical assistant camp courses from Nina Semyonovna, head of the internal medicine practice.

"Прокуратор Иудеи" - 5 декабря 1947 года в Бухту Нагаево вошёл пароход "Ким" с человеческим грузом. 40-градусными морозами встречал гостей Магадан. Мертвых бросали на берегу и возили на кладбище. Кубанцев.
"Необращённый"- старый складной стетоскоп. Это подарок в день окончания фельшерских лагерных курсов от Нины Семёновны, руководителя практики по внутренним болезням.
