- Moving Target is a film about Ruby, a middle-aged human rights defender in Colombia. Ruby is a busy, but lonely lady, who lives with armed protection and spends most of her days in the back seat of a car, yet she stubbornly continues her work. Ruby has paid a high price for speaking up for the civilian victims in one of the longest-running conflicts in the world.
