- Welcome Nowhere tells the true story of a community of Bulgarian Roma living in old train boxcars without bathrooms or proper sanitation. Placed there by the mayor more than ten years ago, they hold on to the hope that the government will follow through on its promise of better housing. Yet year after year, their living conditions only get worse. Welcome Nowhere documents their fight for new homes, better opportunities for their children, and ultimately, their place in the world.
