- 2013 is the 10th anniversary of the global SARS outbreak, the first global epidemic of the 21st century. The film documents both during and after the crisis; telling the story of the Chinese government cover up and forgotten SARS survivors who are suffering greatly from the horrific after-effects due to aggressive steroids treatment they received during the SARS outbreak and their continuing fight for their rights in China and how their actions are pushing the Chinese society forward.
