- The protagonists of the film are young citizens of Mitrovica in Kosovo region, Sergei and Milena. In 2002 Sergei was thrown in prison, he lost his parents and his survival is a miracle. But the experience did not break him. In 2008 Sergei becomes a youth leader and now takes an active part in the struggle for the rights of Serbs in Kosovo. He is in love with an unusual girl named Milena, whose melodious voice greets listeners over the radio with "Good Morning, Mitrovica!" These youths are not embittered and disheartened. They are firmly set on building their own future in their native town.
