Contents/Summary
- Summary
- In 1996 the UN War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague opened the hearings on Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić in the absence of the two accused. In spite of the many UN troops still stationed in Bosnia, to date neither Karadžić nor Mladić have been arrested and brought to trial for the war crimes they have committed. The film traces the story of the man whose name became synonymous with misguided Serb nationalism and who knew only too well how to incite the Serbs against the Muslim population. Included in the films are interviews with Karadžić's mother, his wife and old friends, which reveal various aspects of his contradictory character.
