- The story of a 47-year-old hermit-artist named Fyodor. For the past 25 years Fyodor has completely isolated himself from contemporary life, tendencies in modern art and the foundations of Russian society. Thus he has developed his own unique vision and provocative style in the abandoned cellar in which he resides. Told in three chapters, the film follows Fyodor in his daily life and his artistic processes.
